  1. Perfect!!! It's worth letting bananas get over ripe to make it!!! I went to the Hummingbird Bakery in South Kensington - it was such fun!! The queue was right out the door!! I would love to have had a latte and cupcake, unfortunately there were no spare seats!!! I just had to take some home!!!!
